Default Need a new graphics card

I have a fairly old computer now. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to a better one that can handel games such as BF3 and Skyrim and high end games.

My current setup is
CPU-Z Validator 3.1

My power supply is a LiteOn PS-5301-08HA which generates 300watts.

Original Lite-On PS-5301-08HA OEM power supply.

My budget is at 200 dollars, maybe 230.

Thanks to anyone that wants to help

There is very little you can improve on a new GFX card with 300W. What card did you have prior, to give us an idea?

First, I would invest in a new PSU, and then getting your new card with what you have left over.

This is the original card that came with the PC I bought. What CPU do you recommend I get?

Oh, it was onboard, ok. You did mean PSU, right? Short for power supply.

I'd get this: Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

As your a new GFX card, I'm not all too sure.
