Need a new graphics card

I have a fairly old computer now. I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card to a better one that can handel games such as BF3 and Skyrim and high end games.

My current setup is
CPU-Z Validator 3.1

My power supply is a LiteOn PS-5301-08HA which generates 300watts.

Original Lite-On PS-5301-08HA OEM power supply.

My budget is at 200 dollars, maybe 230.

There is very little you can improve on a new GFX card with 300W. What card did you have prior, to give us an idea?

First, I would invest in a new PSU, and then getting your new card with what you have left over.
