So you want to get a new computer tower?

Not just a replacement cpu?

You have a budget of $300 and do not need monitor keybord or mouse. correct?

hey deep, when you say cpu[ we think you mean this:

But its clear now that you mean the whole Computer; as-in the whole tower

Under 300 is tough.... around 300 is doable. Like this one which has a monitor included:
Newegg.com - eMachines ET1300-02 18.5" Widescreen LCD Athlon X2 4850e(2.5GHz) 3GB DDR2 160GB NVIDIA GeForce G100 Windows Vista Home Premium - Desktop PCs

lol hefe, we used the same pic!

Anyways, i know he doesn't need a monitor, but all the other computers with similar specs are similarly priced and without a monitor, so why not just get a monitor?

Great minds...

In that price range the one aliasaid linked is about as good as it gets value wise for a prebuilt.

Not a powerhouse but perfect for your needs. Unfortunately it is hard to build for that price.
