Lightbulb Need a mobo recommendation.

Well, I've decided to buy a new motherboard since my old MSI K8N Neo4 died out on me apparently.

I don't need anything relatively new, or anything that costs a few hundred since I don't plan to keep up-to-date with the current hardware anymore, I'll just need my computer for simple things, maybe some old games (nothing too-new gen.).

I was thining of the DFI Lanparty, ( I heard that it is an excellent board, for OC'ing especially. I don't plan to Overclock anything, so would it still be wise to invest? The reason I ask is because I'm told this mobo isn't compatible with certain types of RAM (mine?).

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Here are my current hardware:

AMD Athlon 3000+ Venice s939
Corsair Value Select Ram 1GB (2x512mb)
e-VGA Geforce 6800GT 256mb PCI-E
Sound Blaster Live 24-bitlink

That Lanparty Ultra-D will do you right.

I have a Lanparty (SLI) and it is a great board.
