Need a mobo recommendation.

Well, I've decided to buy a new motherboard since my old MSI K8N Neo4 died out on me apparently.

I don't need anything relatively new, or anything that costs a few hundred since I don't plan to keep up-to-date with the current hardware anymore, I'll just need my computer for simple things, maybe some old games (nothing too-new gen.).

I was thining of the DFI Lanparty, (http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=13825&vpn=LP-UT-NF4-ULTRA-D&manufacture=DFI&promoid=1021) I heard that it is an excellent board, for OC'ing especially. I don't plan to Overclock anything, so would it still be wise to invest? The reason I ask is because I'm told this mobo isn't compatible with certain types of RAM (mine?).

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

I have a Lanparty (SLI) and it is a great board.

as long as it supports scket 939 then it should have no problem with your ram
