Need an internal enclosure with sata -> USB/1394

Im looking for a descent enclosure for a 3.5" drive.

I would like the unit to have at least firewire+usb since it will be used on various systems.

An added bonus would be SATA pass thru.

Since Ive said SATA pass thru....you can probably see the problem.
-> I would like the enclosure to support SATA.

The ones Ive found only support IDE.....

Are there any triple interface units with a better design.
Ive seen a couple of poor reviews in such areas as....

Case design
Interface Design and Operation
Stability

and various other design aspects.......
