well first off, do you have the case already?
if so there isnt much to do about seeing if it fits, either it does or it dosnt.
If you dont have the case yet, go with the regular atx case, chances are thats what you have. alot of cases suport multiple sizes.
as far as the actual trasporting of the comp to the new case, all you do it unscrew the motherboard, screw it into the new case, follow instructions that came with the case fror otjher components such as HDD, its really pretty siimple to tell you the tuth
