Need Help With Mother Board

I am trying to find a mb for my setup that I am building. I have an AMD Athlon 64Bit 3500+ Rev. E Processor (939 skt). I need a MB that has optical/coaxial out and 8x agp. I want to keep the price under 80.00 if possible. What would you guys recommend? I won't be using it for gaming, mostly for Photoshop and burning DVDs.

Pzerofgh. I would like to buy a new MB, but thanks. Should I look for that one online? What is the condition of yours? Do u have the receipt for it? Is it still under warrenty? What type of ram should I use with it (I know it uses DDR400 PC3200, but what brand)?
