need help. cpu runs HOT

i got a question.

i got a tower with 1 80mm fan blowing out on the top

2 80mm fans blowing in on the side

2 on the proc.

my question is.

is it normal to be running at 40-45 Degrees C'

Pentium D 820

2gb 667 ddr2

if not ,what options do you guys suggest

Well that's pretty normal, mine runs at about 35C. If you really want to get the temp down, get a new fan, make sure there's no dust covering your heat sink at all or maybe just get a new heatsink and fan.
