Need help with compatibility/upgrading my motherboard

Hi everyone!
As the title says I wish to upgrade my motherboard but im confused on whether or not my parts are compatible with each-other.
Also ive never done a solo motherboard upgrade so im unsure whether this is even possible.

Been having some wierd problems which apparently are related to my motheboard, also the RGB lights look amazing
