Well, i think im gunna get that Antec true power. Thanks for all your help. would have taken me forever to figure it out myself, and id probably got the wrong thing. or had this 600$ vid card and no power to use it. lol.
Ill porbably post again in a couple weeks, when i get some more money. find out more about a good Video Card.

That Celeron's really gonna bottleneck a 7900GT/GTX if youre getting one..I'd say just upgrade everything in your system If you have 500 to spend.

Maybe thats also my problem. i can play Oblivion, with EVERYTHING off or at lowest setting, and it still lags durning combat with more than one person or monster. or if im outside in a high graphic area.

I also have a NVIDIA Geforce MX 440 64MB, its old though.

okay, so the MX 440 sucks aparantly. gave me an error when i tried to play oblivion. oh well.

so i would need to upgrade my processor? which basicly means buying a new motherboard right?
