look here, Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

great website. they sometimes offer deals but you have to be quick. also offer low prices if you want individual parts.

Very good motherboard, the E8500 runs very well for gaming along with some OCZ DDR2 800(1066 only if you plan to OC) do you have a power supply in mind?
Are you looking for a flashy neon case or the quiet understated type?

take a look at these, just suggestions:

cpu: Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 Yorkfield 2.83GHz 12MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

ram: Newegg.com - Patriot 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

hdd: Newegg.com - Seagate ST3640323AS 640GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive - Internal Hard Drives
you can buy just 1 or you can buy 2 to setup raid 1 or 0 or buy 4 to setup raid 10 (1 and 0)

psu: Newegg.com - Thermaltake W0116RU 750W Complies with ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS 12V version SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

case: i cant really guess what case you would want because it is based on personal prefrence and also depends on wether you want a full or mid tower.

mid tower: Newegg.com - Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

full tower 1: Newegg.com - Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

full tower 2: Newegg.com - XCLIO A380BK Fully Black SECC 1.0mm thickness ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Computer Cases

i would personally pick full tower 2 just because i like how it looks like it has a jet turbine or somethin in the front lol.

Go with an E8400 if you're just gaming. Q9400 is good for more than just gaming.

Go with this RAM: Newegg.com - OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

What you guys suggest for Aftermarket CPU Coolers???

And i'm going with E8400 and i'm also replacing my mobo with EP45 UD3P (DDR2) instead of other one (DDR3), which would save me some bucks.

So now i need nice DDR2 RAM and CPU Cooler with Thermal Paste.

Here's some of the best DDR2 RAM available: Newegg.com - G.SKILL PI Black 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Also, here's this for an aftermarket HSF: Newegg.com - Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler W/TX-2 - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

It comes with TX-2, which is the best stuff on the market now.
