Looks a bit over the top:
Instead of getting the i7-975, get the i7-950, and overclock it.

Don't get a velociraptor, they're a waste of money now that there are SSDs; also, they're not much faster than a 640GB caviar black WD 7200RPM.

What are you going to be using this computer for? If for gaming, you're very unlikely to ever need more than 6GB of RAM; the only time I'd recommend getting 12GB is if you're going to be using VMs. Also, you should aim for faster RAM, ideally 1600MHz.

4890s are good.

Power supply sounds alright, but I've never heard of the brand.

Don't even bother getting an i7 950, get an i7 920 and a good HSF and overclock it. It'll give you the same perfomance for a few hundred less.

Unless you're planning to add a third 4890 later on, you don't need 1000W. a 750W is more than enough for that system.

get the i7 920 instead of the i7 975, with an aftermarket heatsink the 920 is just as good.

skip the Velociraptor and get a SSD

The regular EVGA X58 will perform as good as the Classified unless your going to use a Phase-Change, Dry Ice or Liquid Nitrogen. And then the standard EVGA X58 is still a contender, I got up to 4.949GHz :D

12GB of ram isn't needed and it can even lower your performance. 12GB will stress the memory controller, I've seen more than 1 system with 12GB that could not run the memory at it's rated spec's.

The Killer NIC card is a joke, don't waste your money.

1000 watt power supply is way more than you need, but with power supplies more is always better IMHO.

(2) 4890 vid cards? You have all this high-end gear listed, why would you pick those? ATI will have a new card out in a few weeks that will make the 4890 look weaker than it already is. If you can't wait then you should go with a pair of GTX 285's.
