Hey guys, I'm new to the computer world and don't know that much.
I have around $800 to buy a computer. (From Canada)
So I'm into gaming and a bit of photoshopping for my courses at school.
I also wouldnt like to overclock it, because I want the computer to last a while. Like it would last long enough so all I would have to do in the future would be change the Video card and add some more ram.
I was looking at this refurbished computer from future shop and was wondering if I would be able to upgrade it seeing as I would have around $300 left. Like what could I do to make it better and is it even worth it to buy it and upgrade or would it be easier for me just to build one up from scratch.

Thanks for the help
btw i already have a screen, keyboard and mouse.
