Need help with build

I need suggestions for an inexpensive but reliable build for a computer that will be used mainly for web browsing. I would like to stay below $500.00 as much as possible and I don't care if it is AMD or Intel. I would appreciate any links from newegg. Its the only online electronic store I will buy from. I dont need anything but the case and the components that go inside. Thanks very much.

If you will do no gaming at all, remove the 4770, change the motherboard to:
