I can't seem to get my graphics card to work. It is a new ATI Radeon X1300XT. Cheap, I know but I just want to play CS Source and BF2. My question is that the stupid new pc my family bought is also a media center pc. I think that the tv tuner is in the PCI Express slot. Can you guys help me with the install? Here is a link to the pc.

Thanks

The largest card slot on the motherboard is the correct slot. (X16) The TV tuner should be in the X1 slot (small) or the PCI slot (medium).

I have an open AGP port but my card is X16 PCI. Will CompUSA let me exchange this one for the other one if it is opened?

The specifications you posted show that the motherboard has a X16 slot.

I don't know CompUSA's return policy but I doubt they will take the card back for a different one.
