You don't need a 1000W PSU, and you should consider looking into a better brand for another PSU, like corsair.
If you intend on doing overclocking look into aftermarket CPU coolers (Noctua is awesome)
And awesome choice on the case HAF series is awesome, I have one.
You can drop a couple bucks by going with this PSU Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply
Cheers

+1 For the power supply advice! The Corsair is an excellent alternative that is much higher quality.

You can run that build on 500W's and unless you xfire/sli be good for years.

I'd suggest a Atec earthwatts 650 Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
and get a bigger drive with the savings.

the kingwin is fine, quality is below corsair as others have noted.

don't want why you'd want a DVD Rom drive for $70 bucks, when you can grab a DVD burner for around $20. burners also reads DVDs.
ASUS 24X DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS - CD / DVD Burners

that gtx 460 external exhaust model was LOUD as a effing train to me, but some others states its quiet to them. I guess it depends on how high your personal noise tolerance is.

I upgraded the computer I use now and would like to know if I could just keep the video card and power supply.
Video Card: Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N861-AR GeForce 9600 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Power Supply: A 500W Power supply. I would link but I don't have box and don't want to take apart case to read label.
