You could take a look at this guide if you like: http://www.techist.com/forums/f76/cy...wn-rig-102716/

It's pretty straight forward, just take your time, read manuals, and you'll be fine. :]

It will keep up with most games at decent resolutions. What size monitor are you using?

Check out some benchmarks here: ATI Radeon HD 4770 review

Well, you should be ok with that card, but to be sure, you can grab something better than that.

Maybe something like this: Newegg.com - XFX HD-489A-ZDFC Radeon HD 4890 1GB 256-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

That card would set you for a while, and handle high resolutions pretty easily. Would cost you another 120 ish bucks though...

Yup! You have enough RAM, and the CPU is great for gaming.

EDIT: The only thing you may want to do is upgrade the PSU, to make sure it can handle the video card...

Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

See if that fits in your budget.
