Default Need Build Help

The computer I am currently using is outdated and I have been looking to buy a new computer for a while now. My budget is around 1200-1350 (Including Shipping). I already have a monitor, keyboard ect.

If you guys could help me on which parts to get, that would be great.

Thanks!

A few suggestions:

Processor: AMD Opteron 165 Dual-Core 1.8GHz Processor
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...ctCode=80106-R

Video Card: eVGA Geforce 7800GT 256mb PCI-E

Motherboard: DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D

Or a cheaper yet good alternative:

MSI K8N Neo4-F

RAM: G.SKILL Value 2GB (2 x 1GB) (There's better RAM if you don't want value)

Power Supply: Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500 500W Power Supply

There's a few key things you can take a look at.

depends on whether you want to game or not as the others have already pointed out. because if you don't just get an entry level gaming card and skew the rest towards some high performance components
