Doesn't really matter brand is just a sticker on the cooler in basis it doesn't affect the chip on the graphics card as they are all produced by nvidia and distributed. For sims 3 and other mid level games you can save some pennies and get a 4830
Newegg.com - ASUS EAH4830/HTDP/512MD3 Radeon HD 4830 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Motherboards with the newer P45 chipset are better
Newegg.com - ASUS P5Q SE PLUS LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
