Need an aftermarket cooler

I've had my dell XPS 410

2gigs ram

7900 GS

Core 2 duo e6600

for about a year now, and it's summer time, so my video card is starting to overheat. So my question is, would this be a good fan to put on my 7900GS, and will it fit into the xps 410 case?
