Need advice for upgrading Comp...

Hey guys,

My computers been a total piece of **** to me. I need to upgrade the system. Of course I warn you, you will be laughing your *** off when you read my current computers information:

Windows XP SP1
30 GB HDD
256 MB RAM memory
Two USB ports on rear panel
CD drive
Integraded Intel 022145 Graphics chipset and
a 320 Watt power supply

The five top things I want to upgrade are the following

5. Hard Drive
4. Windows Vista
3. Processor
2. Power Supply or a new DVD drive
1. GRAPHICS CARD

My current budget right now is $250-$300

There's no point. You can almost do nothing to upgrade that. May as well save up for a new machine.
