Sorry if I am thread jacking here, but does a 17a on two 12v rails = 34a on one 12v rail? Thanks.

my last system had a 7600gs 256 running on a 250w psu lol, i never had a problem.

Okay, if you have two 12 volt rails and both has a rating of 17amps each. Then you have a total of 34 amps on your 12V rails which is enough to power an 8800GTX card.
