yeah i got an intel p4 2.8Ghz for my first pc and that only lasted 1 week cause i blew it up so i could upgrade.

Intels suck and amd's well the just kick alot.

ahh sory i dont wana buy DFi, not a fan since i bought my Lanparty nForce 4 ultra =\ and athlon xp < sempron? whah?! O_O

What are you saying? You said you have never built a computer before or somehting, but you bought a DFI Lanparty? What are you doing? honestly I think you should try to go for a low end Athlon 64 for s939, they have some good deals, and don't buy that old stuff. It's yesterdays news, there's no reason you cant use the new stuff. If you are mainly using this computer for average things then use a motherboard with integrated video(ex. Geforce 6100 chipset).
