Default is my PSU a good one?

ok I am makeing some upgrades and I want to make sure that i am going to have enough power this is the PSU that I have right now its a 420W +3.3V@35A +5V@36A +12V@17A 5V@1A
-12V@1A +5Asb@2A i dont know if that is good or not I got those numbers off the sticker on the side of my PSU any input would be a big help

Trinity ATX Mid-Tower Case, Blue neon, ASUS MOBO, Intel E8400 dual core @ 3.96GHz, 4GB RAM, 2 ATI HD 3870s Xfire, 74GB Raptor HDD w/XP, 320GB HDD w/Games, 250GB HDD w/ windows 7, 2TB external HDD, 750W psu, on a Panasonic 46" Plasma and 24" Gateway lcd as 2nd
AMD6415 is offline
