Is my power suplly enough?

My system is old. I modified some of its components and buy 420 watt-everest powerspupply recently.

The system is 3.2 ghz pentium 4,

Now 1.5 g ddram but i think to make it 2 gb

gigabiyte ig8000(model was like that) mianboard

Now i use 64 mb-gpu but i tyhink to buy around 256-512 mb ati,maybe a good one.

160 gb sata harddisk maxtor.

Now i use a cd writer-dvd reader (maybe samsung),but i think to buy a samsung dvd writer.

Keyvoard mouse ,i dont think they are important but a4tech keyboard and mouse.

Is my power supply enough if i do those modifies which i have said?And what do you think about my modifies?

A 420watt power supply should be plently for your system. But I've never heard of a Everest so I would pay it close attention.

I had to choose frisby or everest, so i chose everest : EVEREST
EPS-1600A PEAK 420W .

It is a dual 12V so it'll have some okay amps. As Slay mentioned, its not a "known" name brand.

Be skeptic, ancd research some more. Everything I've seen I can't read the webpages.

I have searched too, but i couldnot find any information except some advises about psu who wants to buy a new pus.
