Default My new build prospect

Buy the Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H w/ Athlon II 245 CPU w/Fan at

>> I'm looking at the above deal... (Duo core CPU / Great Mobo)

>> seems like a good deal for the price (and maybe a future CPU upgrade wouldn't hurt... but the mobo seems decently put)

1. Can the CPU be upgraded after if needed (switched to Quad after ripping Duo off)
2. What power supply is required (in watts or volts)
3. What sort of heatsink is recommended for this CPU
4. Any other further recommendations considering the only extra thing i have is, a case (along with typical wiring), about 1.5 GB RAM (which I'm also looking to upgrade along with this CPU in the future)...
