My first computer build, need some help please!

Hey yall, my dad finally gave me permission to build my own PC, but this is my first one. I have done some homework and got the basics of what I want to get, but i'm still a little confused on what motherboard I should get!! Here is a list of the parts on my wish list from Newegg.com. Any suggestions, comments, ideas, anything would be great, thanks!! (Note: this is a cost-effective gaming computer, I already have imput devices, monator, and optical drives, just need a mother board)

If you want to overclock don't get value RAM.. OCZ or Muskin or Patriot.
Again if you want to overclock, youll need an aftermarket heatsink and some artic silver 5. HeatsinkS: XP 120 or 90, TT big Typhoon, Zalman 7500
