Default My first budget build

Hi people, I'm fairly new to this process so I need some input, any info and suggestions would be appreciated!

CPU - Intel Core 2 E6750

What do you guys think of these components?
Thanks!

e6550 would be a better choice over the e6600 right? 6550 is like 50-60 bucks cheaper.

Okay, so this is what I decided, will this all fit in the case? And is the PSU good enough?

Samsung SH-S203B Black SATA DVD+RW
Coolermaster CAC-T05 Centurion 5 Aluminum ATX Tower Case
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 3GB/S 7200RPM
Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB 2X1GB PC2-6400 DDR2 Dual Channel
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Dual Core LGA775 2.66GHZ
FSP Fortron AX500-A Blue Storm II 500W
GEFORCE 8800GTS 500MHZ 320MB 1.6GHZ
ASUS P5B ATX LGA775 DDR2 SATA2

Is that good enough? Still budgeting and stuff. Thanks!
