Patriot Extreme 2GB PC2-6400
EVGA GEFORCE 8600GT

What do you guys think of these components?

e6550 would be a better choice over the e6600 right? 6550 is like 50-60 bucks cheaper.

That's $1000, which could be considered a budget, upper-mid-range build, you have to be more specific - and are there parts you already have?
