Anyways, you'll have to upgrade pretty much everything depending on what you want to do with your PC.
 
Ok, eh, but the problem is i'm a " vigrin techie" xD
I have no idea what to upgrade to.
Considering getting a complete new computer for about 700 dollars, but if upgrading and replacing everything costs less I stick to that.
 
Well whatever you do, don't buy a pre-built. You will get ripped off.
Being new to computers is nothing new around here, as we can help you find what you are looking for and then point you in the right direction towards guides on building. Also help you with issues later on that you might have.

That being said, is this going to be a gaming machine, productivity box (Photoshop, video editing, ect), or just internet box?

He means that you can get more for your money than buying a computer already assembled or pre-manufactured. Dell, HP, and all other PC's companies make money by mark up. Instead of paying them to "manufacturer" it, you'd either save money or improve your components (as compared to theirs) by building it yourself (cutting out the middle man, so to speak).

A $600 PC that you built yourself, mostly likely would run circles around a PC that you would buy at Best Buy. Going to customization websites like the one you listed above gives you more options, sure, but they still need to make that money somewhere (mark up).

For instance, the PC linked is terrible, and if you are actually abroad you need to find a different place. Cyberpower AFAIK does not ship to Europe.

I don't have any recommendations on pre-builts. They are all **** to me.
 
Building it myself is ok, as long as it's no too complicated. I really appreciate all you guys help on this, thanks. And what do you think I could do to improve my current PC?
