Is this for gaming? I would go with a X4 980 over the X6 1100T.

Good build all around, like said above if its for gaming the x4 is enough. Otherwise you could save money buying a lower clocked version of either processor(1090t or 965) and overclock it.

What are you playing? That 6950 is close to the 560 Ti, so it is a good card.
