Hey guys, im helping my friend over the phone build his computer, and for the mobo, i told him to put his 512x2 dual channel sticks in both the green slots, so it would be b1 and a1, Im like 100% sure its the correct way for running them in dual channel, but his dad is trying to say if we do that, that the memory will run at 333 instead of 400... and he is saying to put 1 stick in the first green, and 1 in the first purple...
I just built my pc 2 months ago, I have my sticks in the same colored ones, and its running in dual channel and at full speed.
I am correct right?
