I have a buddy at school that has an ancient computer, he wants something that he can put around the internet and burn music etc. With windows Vista.

So I threw this together.

Power Supply: FSP Fortron 400w $40

CD/DVD drive: Liteon SATA dvdrw. $32

Newegg.com - LITE-ON Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 12X DVD-RAM 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM 2MB Cache SATA DVD Burner - Retail

Total: $246.00

The Motherboard says ddr2 800 standard, the ram I picked out is 667.. I have never dealt with 667 ram so don't know. Will it work fine?
