Motherboard type and cases

Ok, I am building a computer for a friend, just a simple and cheap computer that will do every day tasks.
This is the motherboard:

It is a mirco ATX motherboard and the case is saying it support ATX. Does this mean only literal ATX motherboards or also mirco motherboards and other types?

Micro ATX will fit in a ATX case fine, it will just have lots of space around the motherboard.

Be careful with that case, as being so cheap it will have sharp edges where you will cut yourself.

Anything smaller will fit. Something like Extended ATX wont fit.
