Motherboard And Ram Question

I'm kind of confused about something and wondering if anyone could help.

Reading through my motherboard manual I noticed that under memory it says

PC2100 (DDR266) for 3 DDR DIMM slots, Max 3GB
PC2700 (DDR333) for 2 DDR DIMM slots, Max 2GB
PC3200 (DDR400) for 1 DDR DIMM slots, Max 1GB

Now I wanted to get some more RAM however I'm not sure if my motherboard will allow it.

Currently I have:

256 MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM @ 166mhz
256 MB PC2700 DDR SDRAM @ 166mhz

I have 3 RAM slots and was wondering. Can anyone tell me if I can add a 512 RAM stick to these 2 and if so, what type/speed should I get.

sure you can, just make sure you get a 512MB stick of PC 2700 (DDR 333) RAM.
