If the memory standard on a motherboard says 800 mhz does that mean it can only run memory at a maximum of 800 mhz? I was wondering the same question about front side bus speeds.
but if you dont know what you're doing, dont touch it! if you take it too much above the highest recommended frequency, the mobo can easily fry on you.
