I was getting ready to buy my parts when I noticed something.
In the motherboard specs for a: Gigabyte GA M55S-S3, NF550, S AM2, PCI-E (x16), DDR2 400/533/667/800, SATA II, ATX
I noticed it says: FSB/HT Speed: 1000 MHz
Now for my CPU: AMD AM2 Athlon 64 4200+ Dual Core 2.2GHz, 2x 512KB Cache, Retail Energy Efficient
It says: FSB/HT Speed: 2000 Mhz
Does that mean I should look for a new motherboard? It took me awhile to find a decent motherboard for my system so it would mean me having to spend ages looking for a new one.
Thanks for your time.
