do ALL motherboards have start-up beep codes?

I'm 99% sure all motherboards have start-up beep codes, usually they have their own distinctive "language" though.

I know some have LED's, but I don't think all do, particularly lower end ones.

im pretty sure too, that all mother boards make a sound at start up. And have LED's to but like Brtnboarder495 maybe the lowere end ones don't.
