Monitor/TV purchase help appreciated

Hi all, Would love some advice on this purchase.

I am looking at a tv/monitor for gaming and watching tv movies etc.

This looks a good value buy to me at least.

I appreciate it doesnt have the great 2ms specs of some monitors, but for the price, and given Id like it to be a tv as well, would it be an ok purchase?

Would really appreciate any advice.

Looks like a good purchase to me, I don't see anything wrong with it.
