I've been having a problem with my monitor while gaming its this monitor here

Any I've noticed it in FFVII and Madden so far. When the games moving theres a line going through my monitor like an inch from the bottom that annoys me(the line isnt a certain color it just like distorts everything around it) Anyways its probably there when the games still too but its far more noticible when things are passing through that area.
Anyways any idea what to do? Or any ideas how I can see what the problem could be?
Edit: Just turned my monitor off for a few mins and it seems like its barely noticable now. Ill update if it gets worse later
