hey everyone. I just recently built a new pc and I have a question. I am using a gtx 260 core 216 and a cheaper westinghouse monitor. It supports 1680 x 1050 at 60 Hz.

The problem I am having is when I am playing games I am noticing white lines in the background. It is hard to explain, it is not a flicker, its just very faint white lines that seem to be scrolling up the screen. it is only noticable in areas that are very dark in color. It almost reminds me of an older tv that also has these faint lines int he background. Is this normal? Or is there anyway to fix it?
I tried lowering resolution but the naturally the problem just enlarges. Any info would be great.
