Mobo / PSU making sure

Beofre I place my odrder with newegg for components I want to make sure of something. AM I corretn in assuming that there will NOT be any problems with teh fact that my mobo is a 24 pin and teh PSU is a 20+4?

you are correct. 20+4 pin is basically 24 pin. they are designed like that so that they can still be compatable with the older 20 pin connectors by just dettaching the "+4pin" section
