Mobo/Processor help Plz!

Ok I might have messed up here, I thought I had it right but I just ordered a new PSU and processor and a new graphics card. BUT
I may have messed up with the new processor, I was hoping to see if any one could tell me if my mobo can support my new processor.

Processor-AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600

That CPU WILL NOT work in that motherboard.

The Asus Sk8n is a socket 940, while the 5600 is a AM2 CPU. That mobo uses DDR RAM, not DDR2.
