MOBO + Processor

Can this mobo handle this processor? If not what's the best processor it can handle?

They are both Socket 478, i dont see why they wouldnt work. Unless im missing something....

Are you upgrading a computer you already have? That mobo is getting kind of dated....

Ya, I wish I wasn't so d**n hasty when I first bought the computer. I should've checked too see how upgradeable it was. I'm trying to get it so I can play Oblivion on it. Ever since I played it at my friends I've been drooling over it... I'm also looking to get a good graphics card and some more memory...

Not sure how much I wanted to spend on it... maybe about 100. o_0

I was thinking maybe a new mobo with DDR Ram and possibly with PCI-e x 16. But that might mean getting a new case too because im not sure the form factors your current case supports.

But if you have $100 for a video card alone, i really dont know. I dont anything about AGP gpus. Wait for someone who knows more than i do.
