Default mobo difference

can some one tell me the difference between these 2 mobos.. and which do you recommend?

The first one has better parts and more features.

it seems like the first one is not compatible with an amd athlon X2. it only says 64 and 64 fx.. am i correct?

no you can flash the BIOs to make it work . but, the delux also has more sata controllers.
