mobo/cpu unit for $100 used..worth it??or not??

looking at buying this set up used from a guy for $100 wondering if it is worth it or what a fair offer would be. I currently am running a stock asus ast180-400 with a locked motherboard amd 4000+ cpu and a hitachi 250 hd. heres what i have purchased for my first build so far...

cooler master mystique case
sigma shark 585/635w psu
seagate 7200.11 1tb hd
g force 6800 gpu (but wanting to go crossfire I think)
2 gig (2x1) cruical 5300 667 ram
Antec Mult-Station Elite Internal IR receiver w/ VFD and remote
LG Black LG Blu-ray/HD DVD-ROM & 16X DVD±R DVD Burner
ZALMAN MFC2 Muti Fan Controller
win vista ultimate 64bit

(newegg is probably dangerous for me)

So to put all this into perspective what i want is to mostly have this as my htpc with the 1tb hd for my movies (over 420 dvds to rip so far) my 250gb hd for my music and pics, get a smaller (80gb) wd raptor for os/programs, and add desent gaming abilities aswell. dont need extreme gaming stuff as i only play maybe a few hours a month or so (less during hockey season). Would this be a good upgrade for the price??

also this will be hooked to my samsung 50" 1080p plasma ( tv tuner not purchased yet) recomendations??

For $100??? Heck yea. I'd pick that up, not only to use, but just for spare parts.
