Mobo/CPU/SSD update

Okay so I have everything now except for the processor. Should receive that on Wednesday. I don't really know what this enable AHCI thing means so I looked in my mobo's manual and to enable it it says...

"Before you start Windows installation, copy the proper files for the Windows version to any USB storage."

What does this mean exactly? Where do I get the proper files? And so the first time I start up my new system what do I need to do exactly?

The bios setting will be different with each motherboard.
To the last part, if you do a fresh install you can ignore that. If not, you'll need a guide that tells you how to edit the registry to enable AHCI.
