Yeah, it's an eMachine, say what you want it's a pretty decent PC. the board I'm looking at is ECS GF8200A Motherboard - v1.0, NVIDIA GeForce 8200, Socket AM2+, Audio, Video, HDMI, PCI Express 2.0, USB 2.0, eSATA, RAID at TigerDirect.com. I'm aware they're not the same form factor, but I've got half a dozen cases i'm not using, so I'm not worried about that. Am I missing something, or should I be good? I'm also open to suggestions if anyone has somehting else in mind, but I'd like to say in the <$100 range, preferably closer to $50.

It'll work, but first may I ask what you're upgrading for? If it's for BD/HD playback, I would suggest a dedicated video card over a new board. A Radeon HD4350 would be a great choice, and it has integrated "plug and play" HDMI, no external wires/audio sources. It would be better suited for HD playback too, over most integrated graphics.

Yeah, that's why I'm upgrading. The issue is that the only available expansion slot is a PCI x1. Generally speaking, it'd be cheaper for me to just get a new MOBO and video card than find a decent PCI x1 video card. There are a few cheapies out there, but I think in the long run I'm going to be better off with the new MOBO/VC combo.
