I am looking to buy a new mobo for my PC. I don't want to have to buy anything else just a new mobo, so that my PC will speed up and so I can use all of the 4GB of RAM that I have just installed on my PC and maybe install some more. I would also like the MOBO to be able to have more options when it comes to upgrading the CPU cause my current mobo will only have a Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz which isn't worth upgrading.

Can someone please recommend a decent mobo which costs no more than £50, which will accept all of my current hard ware such as RAM etc, and which will also be easy to set up as I have never done this before and don'tknow what I am doing.

I currently have a Foxconn 45GM LGA 775 socket, so that you know what type of components my pc has.

Would this mobo be a better mobo i.e. would it be an improvement on speed on it's own, does it have 240 pinns for my RAM, and would it accept everything on my current mobo?
